McManus uses state-of-the-art technology to perform take-offs and project estimates. 

We use a wide variety of software programs to build our estimates.  Our customers can provide us plans that can be used for take-off via our digitizer boards, or they can provide us CAD drawings.  CAD files can be sent by disk or by email. 

Our company employs full-time field surveyors to support our field operations.  Each is equipped with the latest in survey tools and technology.  We currently use robotic instruments and data collectors, and have the capability to employ GPS (Global Positioning System) equipment as needed. When the project is complete, we can provide CAD-drafted as-build plan drawings.

This in-house engineering support allows us to quickly respond to our customers’ needs, and results in a cost savings that produces extremely competitive prices.
