McManus owns a complete mobile crushing plant  that is capable of making everything from 3/8” stone to 6”(-) gravel.  The plant is extremely mobile, and can be set up quickly.  On a typical project, if we are on-site first thing in the morning, we can be set up and processing materials by the end of the same day.

Depending on the material being crushed and the size aggregate desired, we can produce several thousand tons on a daily basis. 

Standard Products: Dense Grade, 3/4" stone, 1 1/2" gravel, 3"(-) gravel.

The Plant includes:

• A portable 30” x 42” jaw crusher with belt magnet

• A portable 54” closed-circuit cone crusher with double deck screen

• Support trailer with generator and tool room

• Material Conveyors

• Electronic tonnage scale
